RATCHET TIE DOWN OVERVIEW
Our ratchet straps are designed for reliable cargo securing across a wide range of transport applications. High-tenacity polyester webbing, smooth-action ratchets and multiple end fittings provide secure, efficient tensioning for different load requirements.
Available from 800 kg to 10 ton breaking strength, with 25/35/50/75/100 mm webbing widths. Lengths, colors, end fittings and ratchet handles can be customized, with private labeling and bulk supply available. Batch testing to EN 12195-2 is available with test certificates on request.

Webbing is precision heat-cut to exact lengths to prevent fraying, with custom brand logos and load ratings clearly printed along the strap.
Webbing is securely sewn around ratchet hardware and end fittings using computer-controlled pattern sewing machines for consistent stitch strength and precision

Random samples from each production batch undergo horizontal tensile testing to verify LC (Lashing Capacity) and BS (Breaking Strength) compliance.
Tie-down sets are boxed, stacked on export pallets, and fully shrink-wrapped with protective film to prevent moisture, dust, and transit damage.
